Martin Huerta has worked in fine dining and catering in the Aspen area for many years. He enjoys the opportunity to use his creativity in creating nourishing and delicious meals for the residents and staff at Whitcomb Terrace. Getting to know each resident’s preferences and creating culinary delights has been very rewarding. The residents are so appreciative of his creativity which in turn delights him.
