Bio
Dr. Rahul Shah is a pediatrician who began practicing at Aspen Valley Primary Care in 2021. Before moving to the Roaring Fork Valley, he was an assistant professor of clinical pediatrics at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee. Dr. Shah studied medicine at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, graduating in 2015, and completed his residency at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital. He is board certified in general pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. As a general pediatrician, Dr. Shah treats children from birth through adolescence. He and his wife, a hospitalist at Aspen Valley Health, are both year-round outdoor enthusiasts. He also enjoys the music scene in Aspen and around the state.
