Bio

Dr. Gordon Gerson has been practicing Cardiology at Aspen Valley Health since 2000. Dr. Gerson’s practice encompasses all areas of general cardiology with a focus on prevention. After studying chemistry as an undergraduate at the University of Virginia, he earned his medical degree from the University of Michigan in 1988. Following his residency at Davis Grant Medical Center in Fairfield, California, Dr. Gerson practiced as a member of the U.S. Air Force in California, Ohio and Texas. He served on the Board of Governors of the Colorado chapter of the American College of Cardiology and is a Fellow at the American College of Cardiology. His favorite things about living here are the opportunity to meet people from all over the world and the cultural and recreational opportunities that avail themselves in Aspen and the Roaring Fork Valley.
