Araceli Salido

It has been my privilege to work in caregiving for my entire career. I was part of a team of caregivers for one of Aspen Valley Health’s long-serving volunteers who was a frequent visitor to Whitcomb Terrace. After she passed away, I knew I wanted to be a part of such a caring team of people where I could offer my empathy and patience to the residents. Many of us, residents and staff, have been here for several years. It just feels like family. When there are holiday parties here we bring our own families to share in the fun. It is a joy to feel that I am making a difference in the lives of our residents and their family members.
