Adriana Castro

I began my career in care giving in 2000 and joined Whitcomb Terrace in 2008. I enjoy all aspects of my work at Whitcomb Terrace, and as Assistant Director, I play many roles, but the most important role is caring for the residents and making sure they are happy. We all work very hard to achieve the highest level of care for our residents. We try to envision how we would like our loved ones to be taken care of if they were in a retirement facility. The residents become more like family to us and for some, we are the only family they have.

We all have many strengths and for me, I would say one of my strengths is my ability to adapt to any situation. I’m so fortunate to be part of this amazing group of people!
