Cataract Surgery
According to the National Eye Institute, as we age, cataracts become very common, with more than half of people 80-years or older having cataracts or having had surgery to remove them. Aspen Valley Health is pleased to be one of the only medical centers in the Mountain West to offer implantable light adjustable lenses in cataract surgery. Light Adjustable Lens™ technology by RxSight is an advanced cataract surgery technology that allows for extremely precise custom vision correction in the clinic following surgery.
Ophthalmologists can fine tune vision to each patient’s lifestyle after the lenses are implanted.
Optometry Services
Good eye health is a crucial element to your vision and whole body wellness. Our friendly team provides personalized vision care, including general optometry services. To maintain your eye health, we recommend patients schedule general eye exams on a regular basis and let their doctor know about previous eye conditions, general health history and any current concerns or issues they are having with their eyes.
