At Aspen Valley Health, we prioritize education prior to, during, and post delivery. Our team of skilled lactation consultants leads the Birth Center's education program, and we are proud to offer these classes, free of charge. For more information, please read through our offerings below.
Class Descriptions & Resources
Classes for Expecting Parents
Childbirth Preparation Series
This is a series of classes (two or three weeks) covering labor, delivery, relaxation, anesthesia, C-section, postpartum, breastfeeding and newborn care.
Childbirth Preparation Class
This is a single class version of our Childbirth Preparation Series for busy parents, those who prefer weekend classes, or parents who simply need a refresher. This one-day class covers all of the same content as our multi-week series. (Snacks are provided during the day, but it is recommended to bring a lunch).

To inquire about availability and reserve your tour, please call the Birth Center at 970.544.1130.
Please note, patients must be at least 36 weeks along, in order to schedule this service.
